By making a reservation, you confirm your booking and agree to these accommodation rules and cancellation conditions. In the event of a late cancellation or no-show, a cancellation fee may be charged.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of a reservation is possible at any time before arrival by email sent to recepce@ubytovnacb.cz
Individual reservations
- No cancellation fee applies if the reservation is cancelled at least 2 days before arrival. This applies only to refundable bookings. Non-refundable bookings cannot be refunded.
- A cancellation fee of 100% of the total price will be charged if the reservation is cancelled less than 2 days before arrival.
Group reservations
- No cancellation fee applies if the reservation is cancelled at least 14 days before arrival.
- A cancellation fee of 50% of the total price will be charged if the reservation is cancelled 3–13 days before arrival.
- A cancellation fee of 100% of the total price will be charged if the reservation is cancelled 2 days or less before arrival.
